Born in Grand Rapids, MI, Brian is excited to serve as membership chair and president-elect for HAMB. A seasoned professional with a diverse and accomplished background, Brian Ware is a dedicated individual whose journey has been shaped by years of military service, academic achievements, and a successful career in the mortgage industry.

Having proudly served in the Army and Army National Guard for 13 years, including two deployments to Iraq, Brian exemplifies resilience, discipline, and commitment. A graduate of Texas A&M, he holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management and an MBA in Management, showcasing his dedication to education and continuous improvement.

In 2009, Brian embarked on a rewarding career in the mortgage industry, starting at JP Morgan Chase. Over the years, he has honed his skills and risen through the ranks, working in both residential lending and Commercial and Industrial banking.  He is currently the Senior Vice President Residential Loan Sales Manager at Finance Factors.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Brian is actively involved in community service. He has contributed his time and expertise as the former Treasurer and Board of Director at Large for the Boys and Girls Club of Baltimore. Additionally, he served as the Vice President of the DC chapter for the Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals.

In his leisure time, Brian finds joy in various activities, including hunting, golf, gardening, and savoring cigars. However, his most cherished moments are spent with his wife Jasmine, and baby daughter Naome.
