Born and raised in Southern California Kevin first found his way to the North Shore of Oahu while working in the surf industry in the early 2000’s. 

Kevin began his appraisal career in 2013, while doing field appraisal work.  Kevin worked his way up to becoming Chief Appraiser/General Manager of an Appraisal Management company on the West Coast where he managed several hundred appraisers in numerous states.  In this position he encountered complex appraisal issues daily.   His experience in the appraisal management side of the business gives him unique insights into both sides of the appraisal transaction.

Kevin is a Certified Residential appraiser licensed in 3 states and is proud to serve as a member of the VA appraiser panel in Honolulu County.   He is a practicing affiliate member of the Appraisal Institute and serves on the Kailua Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

Prior to entering the appraisal profession Kevin worked his way up the ranks to become the international marketing director of a global clothing company where he was able to visit over 30 countries during his tenure.
